You can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or not as described

  • You received the wrong item

Jewelry must be unused and in original packaging.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items purchased during a sale

  • Customized or personalized jewelry

  • Products returned without prior approval

3. Refund Process

  2. Our team will verify and approve your request.

  3. Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days via your original payment method.
